Qualifications

  • Experience in brickwork or masonry refurbishment.
  • Able to work well within a team.

  • Holds a valid CSCS card or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out external refurbishment and structural reinforcement works.
  • Cut out and replace damaged bricks using powered breakers.
  • Complete small brickwork repairs.
  • Rake out bed joints using powered wall chasers.
  • Drill masonry and install structural ties and anchors.
  • Carry out concrete repairs.
  • Work alongside masonry refurbishment operatives and labourers.
  • Travel daily to sites in London and the Home Counties.

Structural Brickwork Operative – The Role

We are now recruiting Brickwork / Multi-Skilled Operatives to train in specialist masonry reinforcement techniques. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with brickwork, masonry, or general construction experience who want a long-term, stable role with real career development.

Structural Brickwork Operative – Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out external refurbishment and structural reinforcement works, including:
  • Cutting out and replacing damaged bricks using powered breakers
  • Completing small brickwork repairs
  • Raking out bed joints using powered wall chasers
  • Drilling masonry (including diamond drilling) and installing structural ties and anchors
  • Carrying out concrete repairs
  • Working alongside masonry refurbishment operatives and labourers
  • Travelling daily to sites in London and the Home Counties
Structural Brickwork Operative – Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in brickwork or masonry refurbishment
  • Able to work well within a team
  • Takes a responsible approach to health & safety
  • Holds a valid CSCS card (or willing to obtain)
  • Full clean driving licence
