## About the roleWe're looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to take ownership of specific departments across the business, **driving efficiencies, scaling processes, and delivering better outcomes for our customers**.You’ll own and optimise our Quality Assurance (QA) function within the Operations division. This is your chance to have a massive impact from day one - **redesigning processes from first-principles and using analytics to uncover insights** that drive operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
