You will be responsible for working with key blue-chip clients, fronting our offering and embodying our company's values. This role involves developing spend management strategies and leading project sourcing with major brand and boutique consultants.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies
2. Conduct market research to identify suppliers, analyze market trends, and leverage intelligence
3. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, monitoring performance regularly
4. Collaborate with internal teams to understand needs and develop aligned sourcing plans
5. Manage supplier relationships through reviews and dispute resolution
6. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advances, and best practices, recommending improvements
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, focusing on supplier performance improvement
• Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies and negotiation skills
