Overview

Are you looking for an opportunity to drive sales and create results within a creative and fast paced environment. We are currently looking for a Store Manager for our London Stores.

As Store Manager you will be responsible for overseeing various OUR LEGACY spaces. From sales to profit and all the brand-building functions of OUR LEGACY that entails. Among other things this responsibility includes day-to-day operations such as driving sales, customer care, staff management along with more administrative duties such as analyzing store sell thru’s, KPIs, yearly budgets, stock management, seasonal buys, hiring staff, staff rotas, reporting directly to the Commercial Director and Retail Coordinator.

Responsibilities
  • Secure our store reaches sales targets.
  • Care for customer service through the whole customer cycle to create sales and loyal customers.
  • Deliver and provide product and brand knowledge for a great store experience.
  • Ensuring that the store is always following the brands expectation on presentability and maintaining a balanced range of products.
  • Recruit, train, motivate and develop the team to optimize store performance.
  • Work closely with our Visual Department to provide excellent store and visual display.
  • Maintain secure and streamlined rules for stock inbound for back office and store.
  • Work with set yearly budgets - set goals and targets on a weekly basis.
  • Analyze sales figures, sell thru’s, KPI’s on a weekly basis and report to the Commercial Director.
  • Thorough stock-management.
  • Reporting salaries, end-of-day reports and other financial information.
  • Hiring staff - predict staff demand and act accordingly - sign off with Retail Coordinator.
  • Working on monthly staff rotas.
  • Report product feedback - to Commercial Director and the Retail Coordinator.
  • Attend weekly retail meetings via digital video link and report sales figures and other relevant information in regard to the London stores.
