Our Store Manager Designates are at the heart of keeping our stores thriving, supporting several stores and locations when they need it most. They are known for naturally connecting with their teams and for inspiring them to deliver a memorable shopping experience.

Responsibilities
  • Taking overall accountability for your store and team, ensuring a great customer experience is being delivered
  • Providing excellent leadership to your team to create a high-performance culture
  • Leading the team to drive sales, memberships and community engagement
  • Driving people-related activities such as training, development and performance, whilst still being hands‑on within the store when needed
  • Actively involved with social initiatives and volunteering hours to support your local community

Who are we looking for?

  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle or have access to good public transport links
  • Experience within retail management – preferably in a food store setting
  • Strong leadership experience and ability to inspire teams through leading by example
  • Sound commercial and business acumen
  • A natural ability to listen, interact and communicate with customers and team members
  • The ability to multitask, be self‑assured and organised
