Job summary

A robust tech company in Greater London is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Infrastructure to own and develop the core systems for their autonomous driving platform. You will architect and scale infrastructure, mentor engineers, and oversee deployment strategies while ensuring the reliability and performance of the systems. Ideal candidates should have extensive experience in cloud infrastructure and robotic software deployment with a strong programming background in Python and C++. Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience building infrastructure and tooling for large-scale robotics or distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with ROS/ROS2 and robotic software deployment pipelines.
  • Experience managing cloud infrastructure and automating deployments with Terraform or CloudFormation.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, and maintain core infrastructure supporting the autonomous driving software stack.
  • Build robust CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable software delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with autonomy and systems engineers.
