A local Primary School in Tonbridge is seeking a dedicated Forest School Lead/HLTA to join its team. The successful candidate will support and facilitate learning for primary school children, plan dynamic Forest School sessions, and ensure a safe learning environment in line with safeguarding regulations. This full-time position is term time only, offering a salary of £26,393 - £27,713 pro rata based on experience, with working hours from 8.45am to 3.15pm, Monday to Friday.
FULL TIME TERM TIME - FOREST SCHOOL LEAD/HLTA
We are looking for applications for a Forest School Lead/HLTA to join our enthusiastic and dedicated team of staff. At St Margaret Clitherow, we work together to bring exciting learning experiences to the children inside our welcoming classrooms and outside in our amazing outdoor environment.
We now have an opening for an applicant with experience in working with children across a Primary school who has a caring and positive outlook, and is able to work alongside teachers to support individuals, small groups, and whole classes to enable the child to learn to the best of their abilities and develop independence, whilst promoting our Christian ethos. An applicant who can plan and facilitate engaging, fun and educational Forest School sessions, adhering to strong safeguarding and safety regulations. Whilst we are a Catholic Primary School, we accept applications from other faiths and non‑faith individuals.
We are looking for a full time (Monday to Friday), HLTA (am) and Forest School Lead (pm), term time only. The working hours are 8.45am – 3.15pm daily. We offer a pro rata salary on KSD (£26,393 - £27,713) dependant on experience.
