Role Overview

As a Family Centre Meet and Greet Assistant you will be the first point of contact for families at our centres, providing information about our service and encouraging families to sign up.

Location & Schedule

Role based in Family Centres across St Albans: Sopwell, Marshalswick, London Colney & Southdown.

2‑3 hours per week, long‑term commitment.

District: St Albans | Location: Indoor | Time of day: To be discussed.

Practical Considerations

A full induction to the service and specific site will be provided.

  • Requirement to undertake One YMCA online training courses
  • To understand and implement One YMCA’s policies
  • Ongoing support and regular 1:1 meetings
  • Access to organisational events throughout the year including socials, conferences and training opportunities
Requirements

Relevant qualification or training. Criminal record check (DBS) required.

Main Tasks Include:
