Qualifications

• Project Management experience in delivering projects within time/cost/quality frameworks.
• Knowledge of NHS/Public Sector policy and procedures, especially regarding strategic planning.
• Significant relevant experience in space management within a large and complex estate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage space utilisation for the Trust's multiple users and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of the Trusts’ business and strategic service plans.
• Ensure effective utilisation and rationalisation of spaces across the Trust property portfolio.

Skills

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Ability to assimilate and analyse information quickly

Able to articulate complex information clearly

Education

A Masters or equivalent experience in space/property/estate management
