Are you passionate about making people feel their best? We’re looking for a talented and professional Beauty & Wellness Therapist to join our vibrant team, delivering exceptional treatments in a luxurious, friendly environment.

About the Role:

As one of our Therapists, you’ll provide a wide range of treatments including deep tissue massage, eyelash extensions, nails, and more. You’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests—combining technical skill with warm, welcoming service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality beauty and wellness treatments, including massages (inc. deep tissue), waxing, nail treatments.
• Ensure clients feel relaxed, cared for, and completely satisfied.
• Understand client needs through consultation and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Upsell relevant treatments and products where appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting treatment space.
• Support front-of-house operations as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified therapist with proven experience in spa or salon settings.
• Skilled in a range of services: massage, lashes, nails, and more.
• A genuine love for hospitality and guest care.
• Strong communication and upselling abilities.
• (Bonus) Previous experience in hospitality or high‑end guest services.
