Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales over a period of 3 or more years.
  • Strong understanding of the decorative, furniture and construction industries in the South of the UK.
  • A results-driven approach with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Full UK driving license and the ability to travel within the region.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and expand footprint across the South of the UK.
  • Manage existing client relationships and generate new business.
  • Maintain the CRM system.
  • Work to agreed Activity and Revenue targets.
  • Control pricing and deliveries for customers.
  • Prepare visit reports and offers.
  • Distribute marketing and promotional materials.
