We seek a Client Solutions Engineer to architect and deliver technical solutions while fostering strong client relationships. Combining technical expertise, sales acumen, and client-facing skills, you’ll advise senior leaders, identify challenges, propose tailored solutions, and lead implementations. You’ll also help shape Lumenalta’s offerings to support business development and long‑term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior stakeholders—managers, directors, VPs, and C‑suite leaders—to translate business requirements into actionable technical strategies.
• Lead a team of developers, providing guidance and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Use your technical knowledge to help position Lumenalta’s offerings, identify client needs, and contribute to project scoping and proposal development.
• Take ownership of deliverables, ensuring solutions perform as expected and drive business impact.

Requirements

• 6+ years of client‑facing experience, strongly emphasizing consulting and business analysis.
• Proven expertise in architecting and recommending solutions tailored to specific client contexts.
• Technical proficiency across multiple programming languages, frameworks, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable, robust systems that meet business needs.
• Experience engaging with C‑Suite stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
• Strong business acumen and technical knowledge to align solutions with organizational goals.
• A proven track record of contributing to business development efforts (e.g., proposal development, positioning solutions).
• Advanced English fluency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Evidence of thought leadership, such as prior speaking engagements, publications, or an online portfolio.
