Key Responsibilities

You will ensure that clients are provided with an expert, professional and friendly service on wills, trust, probate and power of attorney matters, court of protection and general elderly client services. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with excellent communication and client care skills. We want someone with strong attention to detail who is able to work both independently and as part of a team. You are expected to have a flexible attitude to work and time.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications

  • Qualified to practice in England & Wales
  • Completed the Legal Practice Course
  • Fully qualified STEP member (preferable but not essential)

Experience

  • Recently completed Training Contract with a seat in Private Client
  • Experience preferably gained in a Legal 500 ranked firm.
  • Experience of delivering excellent customer care in a legal environment

Knowledge

  • To have up to date knowledge of wills, trusts and probate processes, procedures and legislation
