We’re recruiting a 2–5 years PQE Property Lawyer to join our Manchester office. You’ll work with housing associations across the North as part of our national Social Housing Development team. We provide expert advice on regeneration, residential development, and commercial leases, helping clients deliver affordable housing and improve communities.
You’ll bring property law experience and enthusiasm for Social Housing development, acting for Registered Providers of Social Housing. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach are key. You’ll enjoy building client relationships and delivering high‑quality advice across a range of transactions.
