About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Technician to join our growing renewable energy team. This is a permanent role starting in January, supporting the maintenance of large-scale solar farms across the UK.

Location

• The role involves travelling to various sites nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on solar PV plants.

• Respond to reactive maintenance call-outs to diagnose and repair faults.

• Perform inspections, testing, and reporting on system performance.

• Support high-voltage (HV) operations and switching (training provided if required).

• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and site procedures.

• Work collaboratively with the wider O&M team to deliver high-quality service.

Requirements

• Experience in solar PV O&M, electrical maintenance, or a similar field.

• Willingness to travel across the UK (van and fuel card provided).

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of HV systems desirable (training will be provided if needed).

• Full UK driving licence.

Package

• Salary: £38,000 £40,000 per annum.

• Bonus: 8% performance-related bonus.
