Solar and Commercial Electrician

Location: Nationwide, England. Candidates can be based anywhere in England. Preference for candidates located near Hull or within reasonable commuting distance for initial deployment.

Engagement Type: Self‑employed CIS contractor preferred. PAYE option available with 3‑month probation period. Long‑term ongoing contract for suitable candidates.

Pay and Earnings: £35 per hour. Weekly pay. Strong earning potential with consistent nationwide work.

The role is predominantly solar focused, with commercial projects used as gap fillers to ensure continuity of work and income. Key Responsibilities

• Installation, testing and commissioning of solar PV systems on domestic and commercial properties.
• Carrying out commercial electrical installations and maintenance as required.
• Fault finding and remedial works on electrical and solar systems.
• Completing works to current regulatory and safety standards.
• Travelling to sites across England as required.
• Ensuring high standards of workmanship and compliance.

Requirements

• Essential:
• Fully qualified electrician.
