Join Brickwise to build \"Alice,\" an autonomous AI property manager.

Alice handles voice calls, diagnoses maintenance issues, and dispatches contractors for thousands of units – completely replacing the need for human intervention. With over $3M in funding and a >$2M enterprise contract already secured, you will be shipping code that immediately impacts real‑world operations.

Who you’ll code with: You won't be stuck in a corporate silo. You will code directly alongside, and learn from, founders who win:

• CTO (Elias): Ex‑Google Senior Engineer who took a product from $50k to >$100m ARR. Early engineer at a YC‑backed startup acquired by Google.
• CEO (Ismail): Previously scaled a venture‑backed AI platform to 150k videos edited/month.

The Role: We are looking for a builder who is enthusiastic about the product and keen to ship 🚀. You will touch everything from the React frontend to the Node/AI backend, deploying updates that make customers happy immediately.

The Offer: We pay for talent. This package includes a top 10% salary for this experience level, combined with equity grants ~5x the market average.

The Culture: We’re not all work though. As a team we enjoy going to the gym, playing tennis, board games, computer games, and the cheeky beer (or diet coke) on a Friday evening. If you’re not having fun at a startup, then you’re doing it wrong :)
