Are you an experienced social work professional ready to lead and inspire? We’re looking for a Social Work Team Manager to join our Contact and Assessment Service, managing a team of 6 social workers with the support of a Deputy Team Manager. About you

We’re seeking someone who:

  • Holds a recognised Social Work qualification and is registered with Social Work England.
  • Has proven management experience in statutory children’s services.
  • Possesses strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
