The Social Media & Participation Officer will create and curate stories that reflect the AMA’s impact and the creativity of our community of members. They will lead the day-to-day delivery of AMA’s social media and digital platforms, shaping them as spaces for dialogue, participation, and visibility — not just promotion. This role plays a vital part in strengthening engagement, amplifying member voices, and supporting brand growth and income generation through authentic storytelling, creative content, and a dynamic, audience-first social media presence.
We are looking for someone who is excited by working collaboratively with a membership community and who puts members’ needs and perspectives at the centre of their work. Our ideal candidate will have experience coordinating a strong social media presence for an organisation, an understanding of how to communicate a brand with clarity and warmth, and the practical skills to create and deliver engaging content, campaigns, and digital assets.
This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who enjoys experimenting, learning, and working closely with others to build meaningful participation,connectionand growth.
