Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media communities by responding to comments.
  • Engage in relevant external conversations in a fun way.
  • Manage day-to-day post scheduling for all platforms.
  • Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for social media.
  • Maintain understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Identify opportunities for relevant reactive content.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency across channels.
  • Be the voice of the customer in meetings.
  • Monitor social media performance and report on insights.
  • Work with editors and creatives to create video content.
