About this opportunity

We are looking to recruit Social Care Workers to join our Intermediate Care Team based at Maudes Meadow in Kendal.

The service supports residential short-term intervention which provides Intermediate Care and Discharge to Assess (D2A) beds.

Its purpose is to support recovery and maximise independence for individuals, identifying assistance required, through the creation of strength-based support plans.
