What You Will Do
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly guidelines to complete tasks accurately.
  • Assemble and test products throughout various stages of manufacturing—air under water and safety proof test.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives such as ACE activities (5S, TPM, Turnbacks, and Clinics).
  • Maintain traceability of materials and adhere to quality control standards.
  • Pursue ongoing internal and external training, including welding certification requirements.
  • Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
  • Adhere to all Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) requirements.
Shifts
  • Morning: 6:00 AM–1:45 PM (Monday–Thursday) and 6:00 AM–12:00 PM (Friday).
  • Afternoon: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (Monday–Thursday) and 12:15 PM–5:15 PM (Friday).

Education and Experience
  • NVQ Level 3, or a similar vocational qualification in fabrication, mechanical, or engineering (relevant experience will also be considered).
  • Demonstrated experience in hand fabrication and sheet metal work.
  • Proven ability to work to high tolerance standards.
  • Familiarity with precision tools such as Vernier callipers, digital calipers, or measuring gauges.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Experience in aerospace, motorsport, or similar industries is advantageous but not required.
Required Security Clearance

This role may involve access to export‑controlled information and hardware. An export license may be required to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory security checks, export license approval, and, if required, the signing of a non‑disclosure agreement.

Onsite Work

This role is based onsite and includes all production and maintenance responsibilities essential to our product development.
