Qualifications

• Experience as a Setting Out Engineer, Site Engineer, or Engineering Surveyor.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Valid CSCS Card required.

Responsibilities

• Set out piles and beams on site and report discrepancies.
• Liaise with engineers and ensure plan accuracy.
• Conduct quality control checks and monitor contract works.

Skills

Knowledge of buildings, construction and reinforced concrete

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational skills

Numeracy and ability for mathematical calculations

Practical and logical problem-solving skills

AutoCAD experience

Competent in Microsoft Office applications
