Job description

Are you an experienced Site Manager? Capstone Construction are looking to recruit Site Managers to lead up-and-coming Social Housing and Commercial contracts within the Inverness and Easter Ross areas. This role is integral to the smooth running of the company and ultimately ensuring our continued growth within the building sector.

Capstone Construction Ltd are an Inverness-based construction company who specialise in new build housing projects but also complete a range of both domestic and commercial new build and refurbishment projects throughout the Highlands and Moray.

Responsibilities

• Candidates would need to have a good knowledge of the building process, while adhering to the current building regulations and HSEQ requirements
• Collaborate with the workforce and design team to make sure we provide a high standard of build
• Oversee logistics, scheduling and sequencing of works
• Manage the project from earthworks through to completion
• Work in tandem with our Commercial team and all supporting roles

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years site management experience
• Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
• Strong knowledge of HSEQ regulations
