A leading aviation training company in Farnborough is seeking a Simulator Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing advanced flight training devices. Candidates should have an Associate's degree in electronics and at least 3 years of relevant experience. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and adherence to safety standards. The Simulator Technician maintainsand /or repairsflight training devices (FTDs) in accordance with Regulatory Authority requirements and company standards.
The Simulator Technician successfully completes diverse tasks of the job; applies and enhances knowledge and skill in both usual and unusual issues; may need some guidance in addressing unusual situations.
Associates degree in electronics from a college or completion of a civilian/military electronics technical school preferred.
3 years, including civilian/military electronics or related technical experience.
