We are looking for volunteers aged 14 and upwards, who are able to work as part of a fun-loving, busy team, follow instructions, are physically fit (volunteers will be standing most of the time), personable, polite, organized, reliable, and willing to learn, e.g., to use the till.

Full Role Description
Our friendly team at the Watford Pond shop is looking for volunteers who are willing to:
- Use the cash till
- Receive donations
- Sort, value, price, and display donations of all kinds, and steam clothes
- Support the retail managers and assistants in culling and replenishing stock to keep displays fresh
- Engage with customers and encourage them to buy lottery tickets and sign up for Gift Aid
- Maintain general housekeeping to keep the shop floor and back room clean and safe
- Engage with mandatory training
