A global fast-food chain in Sleaford is seeking a Shift Leader to manage restaurant operations and lead a team of over 100 employees. This role involves ensuring excellent customer service and participating in a structured training programme to advance to a Shift Manager position. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-focused environment and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights. Competitive pay starts at £13 per hour, increasing with training.

On the Shift Leader Development programme you will accomplish all shift work requirements by orienting, assisting and coaching employees. You will ensure all standards are met by following production, productivity, quality and customer service standards. As a shift manager you will be monitoring operations, reallocating resources and solving operational problems.
You will be working within a £multi-million restaurant and managing a team of 100 or more employees. You will be part of the management team that will drive your restaurant forward by building sales, growing profitability and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This position is open to people whom have experience of managing and leading teams within the retail, hospitality, business or a customer focused environment. Additionally, this role is restaurant based and involves working changeable shift patterns including working weekends and bank holidays.
This is a training position designed to develop you into a Shift Manager through a structured six-month development programme. You will receive hands‑on training alongside experienced managers, supported by in‑store learning, external training days, formal courses, and regular check‑ins with the senior management team.

The starting hourly rate is £13. Once fully trained and qualified your hourly rate of pay will increase to £14. Hours worked between 12am-6am receive an additional £2 per hour.
You will work a variety of day parts, including breakfast, evenings and overnights (if trading 24hrs) to become accustomed to shift work and experienced in all aspects of the business.
