Mon – Thurs 12pm to 10:30pm – OT available normal shift or their own shift on Friday, early only for Saturday OT

Mon – Fri 7am – 3:30pm – Saturday early OT available

Project Scope

The transformation of the largest, current passenger production airliner, and convert it into a world class, market leading Air Freighter! We are hiring for candidates to support our B777 Passenger to Freighter modification project at Manchester.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Removal of major aircraft structural sections, whilst stress jacked.
  • Working to fine tolerances and high standards.
  • Upholding high standards of housekeeping.
  • Adhering to company and manufacturers procedures.
  • Implementing modifications from drawings and procedures.
Skills And Abilities
  • Completed aircraft engineering apprenticeship, production or Live aircraft.
  • Ideally 5 years live aircraft and structures experience.
  • Candidates must pass a Hands on and Written Assessment Test, in order to start on this program
  • Demonstratable experience in aircraft modification/production environment
  • Experience of implementing and carrying out aircraft component modifications.
  • Experienced and capable of reading manufacturers drawings and SRMs.
  • Excellent hand skills
  • Takes full ownership and responsibility for own tasks.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Good communicator.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
