Overview

Dursley Store, Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd, Castle Street, Dursley Gloucestershire, GL11 4BS

£12.60 per hour

Hours

• Monday: 07:00 – 14:00
• Friday: 07:00 – 14:00
• Saturday: 12:00 – 18:00

Eligibility

• You must be above the school‑leaver age in your country.
• For shifts covering earlier than 6 am or later than 11 pm, you must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers at check‑outs, self‑service tills, kiosks and petrol stations, proactively offering help.
• Pick and select the best quality products on the shop floor for the On‑Demand grocery ordering service and assist customers with Click & Collect parcels.
• Build knowledge of products, services and promotions to give recommendations.
• Handle complaints, refunds, shelf tickets and advertising.
• Safely move and retrieve trolleys in the customer car park.
• Work flexibly across the store as needed.
