Qualifications

  • AHPRA registration is desirable.
  • Demonstrated successful coaching for performance and culture.
  • Experience in a complex operational environment.
  • Key Personal Insolvency Clearance.
  • National Police Clearance obtained within the last six months.

About the role

A leadership opportunity like no other, our 24/7 operationalfacility where no two days are the same and resident wellbeing atthe forefront, you’ll ensure optimum care standards,effective operational delivery, regulatory and sector bestpractice, achieving budgetary outcomes and importantly, a greatworkplace culture. You’ll provide coaching, guidance, anddevelopment to your team creating a culture focused on clinicalexcellence. Based at our Wembley facility

About you

You’ll be someone who sees change as an opportunity andbring the ability to smoothly guide your team in an often dynamicand fast paced environment, imparting clear direction and vision tothose you lead, whilst understanding the unique challenges theyface in delivering onsite day to day service requirements. As aLeader in a highly regulated industry, you understand complianceand risk mitigation implicitly, and ensure regulatory standards andrequirements are adhered to at all times.

Your leadership experience in a similarly complex operationalenvironment, cultivating a culture of innovation and continuousimprovement will engender the support of your team as you rolemodel resilience, solution focused mindset and a people centredapproach. Your key experience will include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline along withAHPRA registration being desirable
  • Leadership / change management experience in a similar 24/7operational environment, with demonstrated successful coachingfor performance and culture
  • Excellent skills utilising online platforms and systems,including MS Office Suite with strong report writing andbusiness case preparation experience
  • Extensive and well-developed communication, relationshipengagement and partnering skills
  • Financial management experience in delivering resultswithin budget
  • COVID and Influenza vaccinations are preferred but notrequired
  • Key Personal Insolvency Clearance
  • National Police Clearance (obtained within the last sixmonths)
