About the role
A leadership opportunity like no other, our 24/7 operationalfacility where no two days are the same and resident wellbeing atthe forefront, you’ll ensure optimum care standards,effective operational delivery, regulatory and sector bestpractice, achieving budgetary outcomes and importantly, a greatworkplace culture. About you
You’ll be someone who sees change as an opportunity andbring the ability to smoothly guide your team in an often dynamicand fast paced environment, imparting clear direction and vision tothose you lead, whilst understanding the unique challenges theyface in delivering onsite day to day service requirements. As aLeader in a highly regulated industry, you understand complianceand risk mitigation implicitly, and ensure regulatory standards andrequirements are adhered to at all times.
