Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Technicians, Service Receptionists, and Service Advisors.
  • Ensure relationships between Service Reception and Workshop Control are maintained.
  • Strengthen and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Develop opportunities to grow the service business.
  • Coach and develop the Service team.
  • Ensure MOT pass rates meet or exceed benchmarks.
