Qualifications

  • Must have excellent communication skills for telephone support.
  • Experience in IT service desk is required (minimum 12 months).
  • Familiarity with cyber-security tools and MS365 administration is preferred.

Good root-cause analysis skills
Excellent English-speaking skills
Good literacy skills (reading and writing)
Use of the full Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of TCP/IP and networking
Knowledge of Windows and macOS
At least 12 months experience in an IT service desk
Understanding of cyber-security tools
Experience with MS365 administration
