• Experience in a customer service role, ideally working towards sales objectives.
• Strong desire to deliver an excellent customer service experience.
• Knowledge of dealer management systems preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Book customer vehicles for maintenance and repairs.
• Provide seamless service from drop-off to vehicle handover.
• Authorize additional work and keep customers updated.
• Coordinate with Workshop, Parts, and Sales departments.
