Overview

Motus Commercials located in Wrexham is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team providing exceptional levels of service to our customers. The position will see you working:

5 days a week Monday to Friday 9.30am - 18.00pm

Salary - £28,000 - £32,000 dependant on experience

Role requirements

As a Customer Service Advisor at Motus Commercials in Wrexham we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

• High level of customer service skills
• Brilliant levels of communication written and verbal

Main duties

1. Providing exceptional customer service
2. Utilising various forms of communication for example in person, phone, or email to best handle the customer
3. Dealing with customer queries from acceptance to resolution
4. Exceeding customer expectations by ensuring you are part of a Brilliant Team which provides a quality service to all customers.
5. To embrace all opportunities of learning and developing alongside some of our Brilliant Customer Service Advisors.
6. Maximise opportunities for labour and parts sales whilst offering customer good value for money
7. Promote and upsell vehicle service and maintenance contracts
8. Attend manufacture and dealer training courses to develop and grow skill sets
