Ceuta Group ( Click Consult) an IQVIA company is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join our fast-paced team, driving organic growth and innovation across 30–40 clients.

What You’ll Do

• Undertake technical audits and bespoke technical SEO analysis.
• Develop and implement cutting-edge SEO strategies, leveraging the latest in AI-driven search (GEO, ChatGPT, LLMs).
• Collaborate with account managers and clients, providing technical expertise and strategic input.
• Support quarterly business reviews and renewal discussions with a technical SEO stance.
• Work closely with content and link teams (no content writing or link placement required).
• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and automation techniques.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven agency experience in technical SEO
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, backlinks, and content.
• Ability to manually conduct in-depth technical audits
• Experience defining full SEO strategies and driving client visibility in AI-powered search.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Up to date with the latest SEO tools (Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
• 5+ years Search Engine Marketing experience across multiple industries.
• 3+ years delivering SEO performance with measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to act on data.
