Qualifications

• Active experience of working with a wide range of planning techniques in both tendering and contract delivery.
• An advanced understanding of the commercial and contractual processes within the planning function.

Responsibilities

• Attend and contribute to project meetings.
• Prepare and maintain detailed engineering, procurement and construction schedules.
• Monitor productivity to determine trends and assist in forecasting.

Skills

Advanced competence in appropriate Planning software

Broad experience within appropriate construction environment

Understanding of the benefits of the use of BIM and 4D planning

Computer literate with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages

Education

Degree/HND/HNC in Construction / Engineering
