Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in York for a Senior Travel Consultant. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for creating bespoke itineraries based on clients' expectations, advising clients on travel arrangements, managing travel plans, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves creating bespoke travel itineraries, managing client relationships, and ensuring that all travel aspects meet the client’s needs and expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Create bespoke travel itineraries based on client expectations.
  • Advise clients on travel arrangements and options.
  • Manage travel plans and bookings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure all travel arrangements meet the client’s needs and expectations.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Travel Consulting and/or Travel Management
  • Skills in Travel Arrangements and making Reservations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
