About the role:
As a Senior Talent Advisor, you will drive and implement Re:link's flexible lawyer pipeline and acquisition strategy. Your aim will be to ensure a reliable and high‑quality supply of flexible legal talent that meets client demand, particularly in banking, capital markets, financial regulation and investment funds. You will be central to matching flexible lawyers to exciting client opportunities, supporting Linklaters' practice groups, and helping to drive our business's success.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Implements the Re:link talent attraction strategy to ensure a continuous flow of high‑quality flexible lawyers for targeted practice areas, specifically banking, capital markets, financial regulation and investment funds.
  • Supports the client team in active sales opportunities by matching suitable flexible lawyers to client needs, contributing to achieving sales objectives.
  • Identifies new talent sources, engages in targeted marketing, and leverages networks, including the Linklaters alumni community and partner/associate networks.
  • Manages the end‑to‑end recruitment process for prospective Re:link lawyers, ensuring a professional and personalised candidate experience.
  • Screens applications, conducts interviews, makes offers, obtains references, and oversees onboarding to ensure the successful integration of new talent.
  • Inputs data directly and promptly into the Re:link applicant tracking system (ATS) and uses this data and technology to inform and drive efficiencies in their day‑to‑day activities.
  • Builds ongoing relationships with flexible lawyers, ensuring their profiles are updated and they are ready for rapid deployment.
  • Acquires and develops technical knowledge in the above specific practice areas to enhance engagement with flexible lawyers and practice groups.
  • Collaborates with Linklaters partners and practice groups to ensure quality standards for Re:link flexible lawyers are met.
  • Supports the talent team to grow the Re:link flexible lawyer community and enhance the lawyer experience.
  • Works collaboratively as a member of the global talent team including providing cover or additional capacity to other parts of the business during periods of high busyness.

We are ideally looking for:

  • Experience in a comparable role in a flexible legal resourcing and/or alternative legal services platform.
  • Natural rapport with people, builds relationships easily, team‑player, confident, articulate and an excellent interviewer.
  • Brings structure, discipline and focus, with attention to detail and the ability to work at high pace and to manage competing priorities.

This position is being offered on a remote basis or based at the Linklaters London office with a hybrid working model available.
