Qualifications

3-4 years’ experience in a Senior Sous Chef role or similar.
Proven track record in running service from the line.
Ability to run any kitchen section and demonstrate leadership.

Responsibilities

Run service from the line and deliver training to chefs.
Assist the head chef and manage kitchen sections.
Oversee financial aspects of running the kitchen.

About You

Have passion and a proven track record in running service from the line, fresh food cuisine and delivering training and support to chefs
Able to work on and run any sections in the kitchen team, demonstrate leadership skills and assist the head chef
3-4 years experience in a Senior Sous Chef role or similar, with exposure to branded operations and financial aspects of running a kitchen
