Job description
About Us

We're a leading Social-first agency helping global brands, household names, and high-growth scale-ups accelerate their business growth.

Having recently won Best Large Social Agency and continued growth, we're now looking to enhance our team with a Senior Social Creative.

Our service offering includes Social, Creative, Paid & Influencer.

We’re a team of 70+ across London, Bath, New York and Miami, with big ambitions to continue delivering industry‑leading campaigns.

Benefits

Work From Home: We operate a hybrid model where team members come to the office 3 days a week and WFH 2 days a week – although there is the option to work from the office more if you prefer. Our team loves working collaboratively, but also likes the option and balance of working from home.

Benefits Package: Enhanced maternity and paternity. Collaboration with Bupa & Perkbox grants you access to a spectrum of health services, discounts, benefits, and perks. Additional day off for your birthday, and kickstart a healthier commute with our cycle‑to‑work scheme.

Flexible hours: Some people are early birds, and others like to start later. We allow people to set their own times, with some people starting at 8am and finishing earlier. We trust our team to get their work done on their schedule.

Equality and Diversity: We welcome applications from individuals regardless of their race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, age, gender, or disability status. We want to support diverse and inclusive work environments and are actively looking for people who share our values.

Key Responsibilities

We're looking for a Senior Social Creative who has a proven track record in developing industry‑leading BAU content strategies and creative delivery, as well as knowing how to deliver against larger campaign moments. You'll lead a team of Content Creators and Social Creatives, with your focus on overseeing the creative output as well as developing plans, briefs and strategies. Primarily, you'll be developing creative for Organic Social to drive brand fame and engagement, but there will also be campaigns where we utilise Paid to further distribute our content.

  • Own and lead creative strategy across multiple client accounts, focusing on always‑on content and larger campaign moments.
  • Work alongside our Creative Director and Leadership team to shape and evolve our creative offering as we grow.
  • Guide and mentor a team of Social Creatives, elevating their creative thinking and technical output.
  • Translate social insights and trends into creative concepts that spark conversation and drive engagement.
  • Lead the ideation and presentation of creative strategies for client pitches and campaign kickoffs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their brand vision and translate it into standout social‑first creative.
  • Provide hands‑on support with copywriting, art direction, and moodboarding.
  • Attend, lead, and direct content shoots, ensuring quality and creativity align with client expectations and platform best practices.
  • Partner with internal leads across Strategy, Paid, and Client Services to ensure integrated and cohesive delivery.
  • Support the growth of the creative department by identifying talent gaps, improving workflows, and contributing to hiring decisions.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a Social Creative role.
  • Strong art‑direction capabilities and copy.
  • A passion for and up‑to‑date understanding of social trends and cultural moments.
  • You bring raw creativity and fresh perspectives to everything you touch, whether that be BAU content or campaigns.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working within their direct team and the wider marketing organisation.
  • You know what content performs on social, inside and out.
  • Agency experience is preferred but not required.
  • Food experience is preferred.

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 (depending on experience).
