About The Role

Join Our Team as a Senior Site Engineer – Midlands Projects

Position: Senior Site Engineer
Location: Midlands
Contract Type: Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a small team of engineers and trainees on site.
  • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Carry out surveying and setting out duties with precision.
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and compliance.
  • Liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a Senior Site Engineer role.
  • Degree or HND in Building Engineering or a related field.
  • CSCS card required; SMSTS/SSSTS and AutoCAD experience are advantageous.
  • Strong expertise in concrete frames and setting out.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
