Job Title: Senior Sales Negotiator

Brand: Leaders

Location: Harlow

Salary: up to £30,000 OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am – 5:30pm, Alternate Saturdays 9am – 1pm

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and maximise business opportunities.
  • Advertise properties, deal with booking property viewings and register applicants.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face.
  • Achieve personal and branch sales targets.
  • Introduce new business and build alliances within the local community through active networking.
  • Serve as the stream of communication between client and vendor, sharing information.
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Prepare accurate property details and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Deal the sale of a property from viewing to close.
  • Support branch management with ad hoc tasks.
Skills Required
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a residential sales agent and a proven track record in securing new business.
  • Listing and/or valuation experience.
  • Excellent sales ability.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Tenacity and a self‑starter with the drive to succeed.
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
