A leading children's services organization in Burnley is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to oversee the care of young people aged 6 to 17. You'll manage a team and support children who have experienced trauma. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care and a passion for child development. This role offers a competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth.
Location: Burnley, Lancashire
Salary: £37,000 inclusive of sleep-in allowance (average 10 per month) + overtime at time and a third
Service: Children’s Residential Home (Ofsted)
Service Users: Young People (YP) with various needs, including EBD, CSE, CCE
