Senior Quantity Surveyor – Tier 1 Contractor

Our client, a leading Top 10 UK construction group with over £1bn turnover, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in South Wales. The role involves working on major design and build projects ranging from £5m to £150m, with the initial assignment for an esteemed public‑sector client (£120m) in Bridgend.

Salary & Package

• £70,000 – £75,000 basic salary
