Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a major NEC Civils project at Old Oak Common — one of the U.K.’s most significant infrastructure developments. About the Role: As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for key packages of work under the NEC form of contract. You will work closely with project teams to ensure cost efficiency, contractual compliance, and accurate forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.

Duties

Person Specification
  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the civil engineering or infrastructure sector
  • Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts (essential)
