Qualifications

  • Experience in a role that involved working with patients or customers and managing complaints and incidents is desirable.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Apps is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Support investigation managers to complete timely complaints and incidents.
  • Communicate with patients and customers to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate recording of all complaints in the Quality Management System.
  • Deliver QMS and Quality Team training to the business.

Skills

Experience in managing complaints and incidents
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Apps

Education

GCSES A-C / 9-4 in English and Maths
A-levels or appropriate post GCSE qualification
