Senior Product Manager – Managed Detection and Incident Response (f/m/x)

Eye Security is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Managed Detection and Incident Response (MDR/IR) space. This is a remote role based in the United Kingdom.

What You Will Do

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for MDR, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), and IR, aligning with the company vision and OKRs.
• Product Discovery: Understand customer needs and pain points, translating insights into actionable solutions and product opportunities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Product Design, Security Operations, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales.
• Go-To-Market (GTM): Collaborate with Product Marketing to define GTM plans and deliver compelling product launches.
• Partner & Supplier Management: Manage external relationships with EDR vendors and MDR technology providers, ensuring alignment with MSP and partner ecosystem.
• Continuous Improvement: Improve internal processes, tooling, and product culture to scale sustainably.
• Agile & Data-Driven Execution: Use Agile practices and data to inform decisions, measure performance, and iterate quickly.
• Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay current with cybersecurity trends and industry best practices to drive innovation.

What You Will Need

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior role owning end-to-end software delivery.
• Proven track record delivering complex software products in fast-paced environments using product discovery and OKRs.
• Experience in cybersecurity with knowledge of MDR, EDR, and IR.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Experience in cross-functional SaaS environments with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and Sales.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
