PQube is an established and consistently successful global videogames publisher for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and PC/Steam. We develop and publish games across multiple genres, including our own IP, creating a rich and diverse range of quality games. Amongst these are Japanese video games, from BlazBlue, Guilty Gear, Gal*Gun and Steins;Gate to indie games, such as Kitaria Fables, Tormented Souls, Discounty, Cat Quest, New Super Lucky’s Tale, Evergate, Supermarket Shriek, Inertial Drift and more.
As PQube increasingly focuses on its development capability we are seeking a Senior Producer to join our team to help us create amazing games.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role where you have a voice within a fast-moving, successful and growing business within the video games sector.
With a hybrid working model you will enjoy a mix of office and home-based working. This will typically include 2-3 days a week in our Letchworth office collaborating with our development and marketing teams.
The role requires a hands-on style with solid experience in a relevant games development or production role.
“We require a creative and passionate individual to work with our development partners to create amazing games by combining their talent and vision, with your passion and guidance through the development process. This starts with involvement at the early stages of game evaluation followed by involvement in game design and collaboration with external developers, internal development and marketing teams to take products from concept to launch and beyond. They will need relevant games industry experience and be comfortable working with developers of varying sizes”.
Purpose of role
Hybrid working model: spend 2–3 days a week (non-negotiable) in our Letchworth office for meaningful collaboration and support, while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely the rest of the time.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week with some flexibility
Travel: Some international travel may be required
Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
Interview process: Typically includes an initial video interview, followed by a more detailed video interview (perhaps including a project presentation) and/or a final face-to-face interview to meet the team and get to know the company.
