Job description

Social Worker - Family Safeguarding team - Peterborough - £40 ph

• Location:Peterborough
• Working Pattern:Hybrid- 2 days office based
• Rate:£42per hour

About the Role

• Manage a caseload of children and families in line with statutory requirements
• Undertake Child & Family Assessments, Section 47 Enquiries, and direct work with children
• Prepare reports for court and participate in legal proceedings
• Develop and review CP, CIN, and CLA plans in partnership with families and professionals
• Work collaboratively within a multi-agency
• Family Safeguarding team, including adult-focused practitioners (e.g. domestic abuse, mental health, substance misuse specialists)
