We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced enforcement officer who is interested in using and developing their professional skills and knowledge to help us deliver a high-quality Planning Enforcement service.
Our team is a friendly, high performing team with knowledgeable and skilled planning officers that are always happy to help and support, and a positive culture previously recognized by the South West RTPI annual awards.
The successful candidate will need to bring considerable planning enforcement experience and be able to demonstrate that they can effectively and efficiently deal with a range of complex enforcement matters. They should also be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communications skills. You will also have day-to-day oversight of the work of the Enforcement Assistant and support in the mentoring and management of this officer.
